The atmosphere in the stadium was great. Lots of waves, singing and clapping. The Germans did not play very well. They were sloppy and allowed the Nigerian defense to frustrate them. The Germans will have to play much better if they are to become world champions.
The German crowd was into the game. They followed every move and nuance and were quick to let the ref know what they didn´t approve of.
